Step 1: Park Your Car on a Level Surface

Gari ko seedhi zameen par park karein.

• Make sure your car is turned off and parked on flat ground.

• Let the engine cool for 5–10 minutes before checking the oil.

Tip: Never check oil when the engine is too hot.

🧰 Step 2: Open the Bonnet / Hood

Bonnet kholen aur oil dipstick dhoondein.

• Pull the bonnet lever inside your car.

• Find the dipstick — usually has a yellow or orange handle.

🩸 Step 3: Pull Out the Dipstick and Wipe It Clean

Dipstick nikaal kar kapray se saaf karein.

• Take out the dipstick completely.

• Use a clean cloth or tissue to wipe off all oil on it.

📏 Step 4: Reinsert and Remove Again

Dobara dipstick daal kar phir se nikaalein.

• Push the dipstick all the way back in.

• Pull it out again and look at the oil level.

You’ll see two marks:
🔹 LOW and 🔹 FULL

✅ If oil is between both marks — Good
⚠️ If oil is below “Low” mark — Time to top up

🧪 Step 5: Check the Oil Color

Oil ka rang check karein – kya saaf hai ya kala ho gaya hai?

• Fresh oil: golden / amber

• Dirty oil: dark brown / black
